Working with individuals makes me acutely aware that people and their needs are different. There is no one size fits all approach to health and fitness. This is why every client receives a personalized program to meet his or her goals and needs. Each client's program is designed after a personal consultation where we review the client's present and desired lifestyle and includes structural balance assessments.

It is important to realize most people are not ready to train really hard when they first start their personal training program. Most clients lack the flexibility and strength to perform difficult exercises. Through careful assessment we pinpoint these issues, address them to make training safe and productive. Once the initial issues are corrected we increase the intensity of their program to help avoid plateaus while continually improving for more favourable results. The severity of imbalances and difficulty in attaining their chosen goals would affect the time and approach for each client.

I realize everyone has different goals and needs. The duration, frequency and difficulty of a program will be designed to meet your specific goals. Whether you have never stepped in the gym or are a high caliber athlete I am confident I can help you reach your goals!

Fascial Stretching

FST™ is a unique system of therapy and training that dramatically improves your flexibility by lengthening your fascia. I will bring you through a pain free session that will increase flexibility immediately by releasing fascia.

Fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and invests all structures of the body. The problem is that fascia will thicken and shorten when any of your tissues are under stress from poor posture, lack of exercise, injury, surgery, disease or over-training.

While many therapies can help these conditions, only FST™ can completely treat inflexible fascia at the deepest level - your joint capsule. After I help make all of your layers of fascia more pliable and hydrated then joint range of motion, muscle strength and flexibility immediately improve making it easier for you to train. This helps maximize your results by making you more comfortable on the field, in the gym and in daily life.


Group Training

If you are looking to loose weight and gain strength our boot camp is a great solution. You will find our boot camp rewarding team training sessions. The camaraderie developed between fellow camp members is fulfilling and provides encouragement to meet the demanding challenges.

We base our sessions on Modified Strongman Training (MST) that helps with greater weight loss and reduced fat with the use of the farmer’s walk, log press and many classical strongman lifts. You will not only feel better, the anaerobic effects from this type of training will help you perform better in all sports.

Nutritional consultations are for anyone looking to improve their health. Everyone is the different and we design a program that will work best for you!

One of the most over looked and underestimated aspect of training for performance or fat loss is nutrition. But there is a lot more to nutrition than just following healthy eating. I believe in the power and importance of nutritional supplementation. Even with the perfect diet, beneficial nutrients are often lacking. If not addressed these can lead to deficiencies and create symptoms like fatigue, bad sleeping patterns, increased stress and inflammation. These concerns may lead to chronic illness and a host of autoimmune diseases.
